2 - Intellectual Property
The User acknowledges that the Website, as well as all of its content (including the trademarks, designs, texts, information, videos, photographs, sounds, pictures, visuals, illustrations, graphic elements, etc) are protected by intellectual property law, and are the exclusive property of, or licensed to, GRANGER Avocats.

3 - Warranties and liability
Warranties and liability of the User
The User undertakes to browse the Website with loyalty and in accordance with the regulations in force.
Thus, the User undertakes to use the Services offered on the Site, as well as all the information to which he/she may have access via the Website, exclusively for purposes consistent with public order, morality, the rights of third parties, and the T&Cs.

4 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
